Engagement of our services requires a signed service agreement outlining scope, terms, pricing, and deliverables. All service agreements are subject to these Terms and Conditions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the service agreement.
Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. All fees are due as specified and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy. We accept payment via major credit cards and bank transfers.

At PrimePulse Healthcare, we strive to deliver exceptional staffing and workforce support services. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or cancellations may be requested.
Clients may cancel a service engagement by providing written notice at least 14 days prior to the scheduled start date. Cancellations received less than 14 days before the start date may be subject to a cancellation fee as outlined in your service agreement.
Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances: if services were not delivered as described in the service agreement, if cancellation was made within the eligible timeframe as stated above, or if there was a billing error. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the charge in question.
The following are not eligible for refunds: setup or onboarding fees once the onboarding process has begun, services that have been fully delivered and completed, and administrative processing fees.
To request a refund, please contact our team at info@primepulsehealthcare.com with your service agreement details and reason for the request. We will review and respond within 5-7 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and returned to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution.
